acceptance
by creating an account or using apez dj, you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the service.
accounts
you can sign in using Google, Discord, Spotify, or SoundCloud. you are responsible for your account and all activity under it. you may choose a username once — it cannot be changed after. you may link multiple sign-in providers to a single account. you may delete your account at any time from your account settings. deleted accounts cannot be recovered or re-used.
rooms & content
rooms are collaborative listening spaces. you may create, join, and participate in rooms. you are responsible for the content you share, including chat messages, track selections, and any other contributions. content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or disruptive may be removed and your account may be suspended.
conduct
don't do anything that ruins the experience for others. this includes but is not limited to: spamming, harassment, impersonation, attempting to exploit or manipulate the platform, circumventing bans or suspensions, or using automated tools to interact with the service.
tokens & payments
tokens are a virtual currency used within the platform. tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the platform. all token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. we reserve the right to modify token pricing and availability.
moderation
we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. room owners and moderators may manage their rooms including banning users. we may review reported content and take action as appropriate. moderation decisions are at our discretion.
third-party services
apez dj integrates with third-party services including Google, Discord, Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube. your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. we are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
intellectual property
the apez dj platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. music and media played through the platform belong to their respective rights holders. you retain ownership of content you create on the platform.
disclaimers
the service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. we don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will meet your expectations. we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
changes
we may update these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. material changes will be communicated through the platform.
